FOR THE POSITION: The primary member must be the AMBR (Authorized Member), it is the person authorized to execute and file records on behalf of the company. Other members can be MBR (Member).

Apart from this AMBR or MEM position, the person can also be a Director, CEO, or whatever operational position the company assigns, but these are not required in the registration with the state.

ITC - provides this service through the Digital Office - a service that is paid $95 per month, and the commitment is acquired with a minimum contract of six months.
